How to make a great barley coffee
A good preparation of the product begins with its proper storage. To keep the properties of your barley coffee intact, remember to act on environmental factors:
- Temperature: store the product at room temperature, away from heat sources (no more than 30°C), in a cool and ventilated place.
- Light: avoid direct exposure to the sun.
If you have opened the package for more than a month, store it in the refrigerator to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
When you make barley coffee:
- For mocha, use the recommended amount of barley, without pressing it in the filter.
- Use plain water, without odors or flavors that may alter the taste of the coffee.
- Clean the moka regularly to preserve the taste of the coffee.
